  • We do no offer direct billing.  We provide a receipt for submission to your insurance company.

  • Yes.  We are a family Clinic.  We provide prenatal and infant massage!  Did you know, we can teach you to massage and stretch your children or partner to increase the active benefits of your therapy.

    1. Online booking by clicking on "Book Appointment" in upper right corner of this site. 

    2. Leave a telephone message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    3. Therapists will book your appointments in advance for your convenience.

    1. Check your email inbox.  We send you an email once your appointment is booked so you can add the appointment to your schedule. 

    2. Fill out the applicable forms in advance to allow your Therapist to review your information prior to your appointment.  This will ensure that you receive the most from your appointment time.

    3. Think about treatment goals / purpose of your treatment.

    4. Wear comfortable clothing.

  • At Evolve Active Therapy, your Massage Therapist is your Healthcare Concierge. This means every aspect of your treatment is handled by your Therapist. From booking to payment your Therapist is there to make sure there is always secure and professional communication between client and therapist.

  • Yes, you can!

    1. If you would like to pay for someone's upcoming appointment e-Transfer is available. 

    2. We provide gift certificates that can be purchased online.
