Active Therapy
Active Therapy is a new form of physical activity that is designed to educate and train your body to decrease pain by using balanced form and function.
This type of therapy combines muscle activation and relaxation to balance dysfunctional muscular patterns.
Movement and Breathing are used to train and empower the client, making this type of therapy a completely active experience.
Re-education and palpation are used to further the efficacy and understanding of this treatment.
Active Therapy is not done by an RMT however it is covered under certain insurance plans.
